At PANTERA, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free return experience:

We accept exchange and refund within 14 days from order delivery to the customer.
The item/s needed to be exchanged or refunded should be in the same condition as how it was delivered to the customer.
In case of refund there will be a deduction of 3$ – or its equivalent in the currency of the country from which the order was made – on the total value of the item/s , unless there was a defect in the product or we have sent a wrong model/size than what the customer has chosen.
Refund process takes 10 working days.
In case of exchange the customer will pay for delivery fees for the exchange shipment , unless there was a defect in the product or we have sent a wrong model/size than what the customer has chosen , then PANTERA’s will pay for the exchange shipment delivery fees.
